BRIEF HISTORY

 

Class-Act Security Protection was founded and created by Wanda Turner and began with a thought in 1996 when she started her journey in security. As a security officer for Big Boy security, she continues to seek higher training and became a correction officer for Phillip State Prison. she was then hired with the Marta Police Department and pursed her career as a police officer while desiring more advancement. she was again hired with the Fulton County District Attorney's office as a Criminal Investigator for 10 years before seeking an opportunity to working in the school system. She became an instructor for the Fulton County police academy before leaving and becoming an instructor in law and public safety for Newton County School system and then went on to Fulton County School system where she obtains her teaching certification. She also worked for the Fulton County Sheriff office alone with Morehouse school of medicine and Spellman college as a Deputy Sheriff and a police officer.

 

In 2019 she made the decision to create Class-Act Security Protection to become one of the first agency to be a government approved training academy that is certified to train veteran with the assistance of their GI bill. In addition, the agency has the ability to ensure all officers are trained and approved by the state of Georgia through her state certified instructor's license.

 

In December 2020, Class-Act Security was awarded a contract with a high-end restaurant that is based in Atlanta (midtown) which required 7 to 10 officer’s 7 days a week. Class-Act Security was awarded the contract and is still our clients as of today 5 years later.

 

Since then, Class-Act Security has had the opportunity to experience working with long term and short term contracts and is presently working with its largest contract located in Atlanta which we service 10 retail stores location out of 100 around the county and is the only preferred security company that works for this retail chain in the state of Georgia. Although we have other locations such as HOA communities, churches and restaurant we have mastered the ability to hire, manage and monitor all locations.

 

Class-Act Security served clients such as the Omni Battery Hotel, Ryans Company, Bryd Eye’s, Abrams Loft and many more in its 7 years of full operations and we are looking forward into the opportunity to service you. Although some would say we are fairly still a new company, we assure you we can handle the job. Class-Act Security was created for the purposed to provide safety and security for our clients who seek our services and to provide jobs for the those who share in that same narrative. Class-Act Security is based in Lawrenceville Georgia and has been for the last 5 years.

 

Class-Act Security is a unique full-service security company and training academy that provide state mandated security training in addition to other training to its officers, outside law enforcement and civilians who seek state training. In addition to its unique abilities, it also can provide private investigation internal and external through our private investigation company (Ground Zero Investigation) also known as (Class-Act Private Investigation Service).
